How do I join Dharma Circle rewards program?
Create a customer account by clicking the Join Now button on the link in the bottom right corner or on the Rewards page. 

Does it cost anything to join?
There's no cost to join and we will give you 50 bonus points when you join! To qualify for the benefits in each membership circle, you must spend the required amount.

How do the memberships circles work?
The membership circles are essentially tiers that you can progress through as you make purchases with us. You can find out which circle you are in by logging into your account and clicking the rewards link next to your order history. The circles/tiers are based on the amount you have spent in the last 12 months. Friends is for members who have spent up to $500 AUD per year. Family is for members who have spent between $500 AUD and $999 AUD per year. VIP is for members who have spent over $1000 AUD in the last 12 months. When you reached the Family tier, we will credit your account with 100 bonus points and when you reach the VIP tier, we will credit your account with a bonus gift to be redeemed with your next purchase.

How do I earn Dharma Points?
Earning points is easy and you can earn them a number of ways. Shopping on our website is the easiest way - $1 spent = 1 point earned. You can also earn points by following us on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, signing up to our newsletter, entering your birthday or referring a friend.

What happens when I refer a friend?
When you enter your friend's email address, they will receive an offer to receive $10 off their first order valued at $100+. You will have 100 points credited to your account for every successful referral ie. if your friend chooses to redeem their offer. 

What can I do with my Dharma Points?
You can redeem your Dharma Points for discounts on your orders after you've reached a certain number of points. You will eligible to a 10% discount once you reach 500 points or a 15% discount when you reach 1250 points and a 20% discount once you reach 2000 points. Please note the points are active for 60 days (500 points), 90 days (1250 points) and 120 days (2000 points) - before they expire.

How many Dharma Points can I redeem at a time?
Once you reach eligibility for redeeming points (see previous answer), you can redeem as many points as you wish. Please note the expiry times above.

How can I access my rewards?
Log in to your account to view the number of points you have earned, a 10% discount code for leaving a review and your Dharma Circle member status. To apply your rewards to an order, copy your discount code and apply it at the checkout. 

What are the benefits of joining the rewards program?
Aside from earning points to redeem for discounts on your next orders, there are a number of other benefits depending on the level of your membership. You can receive a 10% discount code for leaving a product review, bonus points to go towards your next purchase, annual birthday points, and complimentary gifts, all exclusive offers for members only. We review our rewards program regularly and additional benefits may be added in the future.

Can I transfer my Dharma Points to a friend?
No, sorry. Your points are not transferable and are attached to your customer account.

Can I combine my rewards with other offers, promotions or discounts?
Your rewards are not able to be combined with any other offers. If you choose to take advantage of another offer available, you can use your rewards on your next order, if your reward has not expired.

Can I use multiple rewards at once?
No, you are only able to redeem one reward at a time.

What happens if I return an item that I've earned Dharma Points on?
If you return items from an order or cancel your order, the points you earned will automatically be deducted from your balance.

Do purchases prior to the rewards program count towards my points?
No, you can only earn points on purchases you make after joining the program.
